It takes a long time to build a lasting loyalty between a customer and any type of dealer. Any number of things can sour the loyality ... an inadvertent look, information that turns out Just slightly untrue or a small something unexpected from a product. That's why, as a loyal customer, I think that your establishment is unique.

One might get good advice anywhere. one might get good designs or products anywhere. Certainly, one can get inadvertent looks anywhere. Your establishment is unique.

You consistently offer fine products, good information and advice. But ...

The thing that keeps me coming back is trust. Trust that I will get the right advice. Trust that I will get the right design. Trust that I will get the right product and trust that I will get my product in a timely manner the way we ordered it.
